Taizhou Chinese Overseas Town Co., Ltd. is located in the Jiangyan City of Jiangsu province, which is affiliated to the Shenzhen Chinese Overseas Town Group, a large scale enterprise that is governed by the State Assets Administration Committee of the State Council. The Shenzhen Chinese Overseas Town Group was approved for incorporation in November 1985 by the State Council. The Group headquarter is located in the scenic bank of Shenzhen gulf, with a planned area of 6 square kilometers.
